Order
We have designed our ordering process to be simple and quick. Just pick your perfect floral gift, add a special message to the card, and follow the prompts at checkout to select delivery or pickup.
Please contact us immediately via phone or text to request a change. Please note that changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery time are subject to a $50 administrative fee, and changes cannot be made once an order has been prepared.
You will receive an email confirmation at the address provided during checkout, including your order details and tracking information. Once your order is confirmed, a text message will be sent to your contact number. You will also receive another notification when your order is out for delivery or ready for pickup.
Delivery and Self pick-up
We offer local delivery and self pick-up. Delivery fees are based on your specific zone and will be calculated at checkout. Self pick-up is always free .
Once your order is confirmed, it typically takes us 1-2 business days to prepare it for delivery. Since our balloon and flower arrangements are handcrafted and require time to assemble, we kindly ask that you place your order at least 2 days in advance.
Self pick-up is available at our studio located at 483 Nohonani St in Waikiki . Please note this is for curbside collection only. When you arrive, please stay in your vehicle and give us a call—we will bring your order out to you.
Same day delivery
Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery. Because each balloon and flower arrangement is custom-made by hand, we require time to craft your unique gift. We are happy to accept orders placed 1-2 days in advance to ensure they are delivered on your preferred date.
Payment methods
We offer a secured checkout powered by Shopify. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other e-payment options at checkout. If you prefer to pay with cash, we require a $50 deposit to confirm your order.
Yes, all transactions are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your payment information.
Installment payment options are available through select payment providers at checkout for qualifying orders.
Appeals for Goods and Services
Once your order has been prepared or delivered, all sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and balloons, we cannot accept returns. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will do our best to make it right.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photos of the damage or defect so we can assess the issue. Depending on the situation, we will arrange for a replacement or a store credit.
Balloons are delicate! If your balloon pops or deflates within 24 hours, please bring it back to our studio. We offer a one-time free repair service for items returned to us. Inner balloons naturally deflate over time, but outer balloons should last longer.

Yes, complimentary gift wrapping is available for all orders.
Yes! The recipient will only see the message you write on the card. We do not include your name or billing details with the delivery, so your identity remains a surprise unless you sign the card.
