Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the custom nature of balloon arrangements, Bloom & Float is unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged Items: If your arrangement arrives damaged, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of BOTH the product and the shipping packaging.
Fraud Protection: To receive a replacement or store credit, we may require the damaged item to be returned or exchanged at the time of redelivery. We do not issue refunds or replacements if the original item is not available for return. - Non-Refundable Items: Custom vinyl text (names/dates) that was approved by you is non-refundable. Please check your spelling carefully before ordering.
Cancellations & Changes
We process orders quickly to ensure fresh delivery. Please read our cancellation terms carefully:
- Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel an order for a full refund if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the delivery date are subject to a $50 administrative fee (or store credit only, at our discretion).
- Same-Day Orders: Orders placed for same-day delivery cannot be canceled or refunded once prepared.
- How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, you must text or call us immediately at (808)-991-6080 Email requests are not accepted for urgent cancellations.

- Final Authority: Bloom & Float reserves the final right of decision in the event of any dispute regarding refunds, returns, or cancellations.
- Policy Changes: We reserve the right to amend these terms, prices, and policies at any time without prior notice.
