Delivery Terms
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure all recipient details (name, address, gate codes) are accurate. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, a re-delivery fee equivalent to the full zone rate will apply.
- Liability: Once flowers have been delivered to the requested address or picked up from our shop, Bloom & Float is no longer responsible for their care or condition. For pick-up orders, we ask that you inspect your arrangement before leaving the store.
Disclaimer & Conditions
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all sales are considered final once the arrangement has been prepared or delivered.
- Agreement: By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions and assume all associated risks.
- Rights & Amendments: Bloom & Float reserves the final right of decision in the event of any dispute. We are not liable for any issues arising from the incorrect or improper use of our products. We reserve the right to amend prices, delivery fees, and online shopping terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
